The light ✨️ is very good and dope effects that is usually love it.
This is a very nice light with some great features. It paired seamlessly with my phone (after downloading the app) and it was far more intuitive to use it this way than with the light’s interface. I like the size of the light- it is super portable, and it can be charged and used wirelessly which makes it quite useful! Build quality seems very good!
The NEEWER HB80C 80W RGBWW LED Light is a great light for video and photography. It is powerful enough to be a key light for headshots and 3/4 portraits and it is so versatile as a background, rim, or accent light. The app is so easy to set up and use.
I recommend getting the PD Fast Charger Kit so you can take advantage of the full 80 watts. Even with the charger, the price is very affordable for a light that includes a battery that runs for over an hour at full power.
The only negative is that the diffusion dome is hard to screw back on. Fortunately, there is little need to take it off as you can keep it on when using an umbrella, reflector or softbox.
I’ll give these lights a 5 Star BUT a couple things. Both of mine look like they’re continuously charging with no “complete” indicator. I tried using while plugged in & they seem to die still. may be impossible for the size and Price but maybe better battery life. Other than that, they’re amazing! Some of the best quality for the price I’ve seen on the market. Also, my snoot doesn’t fit this mount (due to led sticking out on it) but does on my CB300 light.

Pretty good light for my filmmaking purposes. Color balance and color matching are a bit rough, but very twaekable. I would probably buy again if this one takes a dive.
Best purchase I’ve made in awhile
This light holds so much value for money! Having an internal battery that last for 2 hours, as well as being able to plug it in is marvelous! I did no think I would use the phone app to control the light, but I find it easier to use than the onboard control. The included case is a welcome addition. It’s a little tough to get the unit in and out of the case, but it is very well protected.
If I could give this light 6 stars, I would!
This is a seriously good light! It’s well made, very bright, (in fact much brighter than I thought it might be), with lots of built in effects! I will be purchasing another very soon because it is so nice and so compact!

I've been exploring this Neewer HB80C RGBWW light in my photography projects, and it's been a handy addition, especially during our snowy December. Setting it up in my home office, I've used it to brighten portraits of my teens and seniors during family gatherings and to experiment with creative lighting for my hobby shots. The built-in battery is useful for quick setups, but I've noticed it drains fast at higher brightness, so having a charging plan is important. The app control is a nice touch for adjusting modes, but the interface could be more intuitive. If you're new to Bowens-mount lights, it's worth noting the versatility for softboxes and reflectors. I would recommend keeping it charged and starting with simpler lighting effects before diving into the advanced modes. It's compact, portable, and does the job well for indoor shoots, though more battery life would make it even better.
Early review. It does it all. The built in battery lasts about an hour, which in many cases is plenty for an interview. It is quiet and one of the smallest form factors I have. The Bowen’s mount makes a lot of things possible. It is on the brighter side of medium bright and obviously each attachment knocks down the lumens. But this light is about versatility. Powerful versatility. Can’t speak to continual use but it feels solid.
I bought this to use in my photography studio for both photography and my Youtube videos and the light works very well.I keep it mounted on a C-Stand with a Softbox attached and get excellent quality lighting with it and have a lot of light temperature adjustments if I want the light more warm or cool
