Warranty Disclaimer
All NEEWER products come with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. If you place an order on the NEEWER official website and subscribe to our emails, you will receive an additional 1-year extended warranty for free. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.
Return Policy
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Neewer covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
- Refunds, if applicable, are for the item cost only, excluding handling or shipping fees.
- Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, Neewer must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
Claim Requirements

- Claims for missing products must be made within 20 days of purchase.
- Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Warranty Limitations
- Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon EU, Amazon.com Services).
- Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, or accidents.
- Water damage or misuse-related defects.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Damage from incompatible voltage (use a step-up/step-down converter for international travel).
