I love it. The app makes it easy to get the lighting just right. Fits the stand I purchased separately perfectly.
This light is a great value. It offers many features and feels very durable. I look forward to using it for years to come. The app, while not perfect, is a great way to dial in the exact settings you want. I know I'll be ordering more Neewer lights that use the same app, so I can quickly adjust all of them to the same settings. What a time saver.
Much more impressive than I believed it would be. The light is very bright, for the price. It does all sorts of different colors and temperatures. I got a pole tripod stand to use with it. It helps with my art work and crafts. I needed a bright light better than a fancy lamp to see tiny pieces of plastic. This was within budget. The light is extremely durable build. Strong metal frame and color screen. Also, has an app to control it.
Used the FS150C with a Neewer V-mount battery (PS150E) on a music video and a photoshoot — worked flawlessly. Bright enough for both setups, with great color accuracy and smooth app control. The V-mount gave me about 45 minutes of solid runtime, which was perfect for on-location work without cables. Solid build, quiet fan, and excellent results. Highly recommend for solo shooters or small crews and limited power options.
The light itself is beautiful and quiet. It is powerful and well built. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that it would not connect with the mobile app.
About five years ago, I bought a light that did not run on female batteries, but it had its own battery. Which is no longer available. That is your worst case scenario. When I saw these and thought I’d give them a try I ordered one and I liked it a lot and then I ordered another one. So far it’s wonderful!
The lights are great for filming and photography. Good effects as well.
Phenomenal lighting! Don’t hesitate to buy!
