  • Currently the device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If you choose a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, the connection may fail.

  • Check if your computer allows this program through its firewall
  • Please allow this program through your computer's firewall to enable communication with the device.

  • Restart your PC or Mac

If the Wi-Fi indicator on your device is constantly on, but the device isn't among the connected devices on your computer, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
